A 23-year-old Regina man has been charged with murder, after the body of a woman missing for three months was found in a home on Cameron Street last week.
Northbear Buddy Carrier faces one charge of second degree murder,
Last week the body of 30 year old Tara Fawn Chartrand was found in the home on Cameron Street. Police have not revealed how Carrier and Chartrand are connected.
