A 50-year-old Regina man is dead after he was struck by a train in the city’s west end.
Police say the man was hit by the train while he was walking near North Railway Street between York and Alexandra streets shortly before 7 a.m. Wednesday.
The man was taken to hospital in serious condition, where he later died. His name hasn’t been released.
Authorities say no foul play is suspected.
