RCMP say James Joseph Gallagher was seen in a gas station in Mafeking, Manitoba on November 2nd. Investigators say he seemed disoriented and was asking for directions to return to Saskatchewan.
Gallagher was pulled over at a traffic stop near Melfort the day before.
He is from the White Fox area. James Joseph Gallagher was wearing a plaid jacket and a beige hat. He is driving a 2004 red, Ford Ranger truck. RCMP are asking people in Melfort, Tisdale, Carrot River and Mafeking to be on the look out for Gallagher.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call RCMP
