An attempted murder charge has now been laid in connection with an assault at a Regina motel.
Police were called to the Coachman Motor Inn around 2:50 a.m. on Nov. 19 for a report of an injured man.
When they arrived, a 71-year-old man told them he had arranged to meet a woman at the motel earlier in the day. He told police she arrived with an unknown man and they assaulted him before stealing his truck.
The truck was later found abandoned.
Hailee Deandra Kimbley, 20, has now been charged with attempted murder and robbery. She made her first court appearance on Wednesday morning.
