RCMP say the death of a Moose Jaw woman in Raymore is now being investigated as a homicide.
An autopsy confirmed that the death of 27-year-old Shauna Maureen Welch was a homicide, Mounties said Monday.
Welch was found dead in a home in the 1000 block of Fourth Avenue in Raymore a week ago after officers were called to a report of an unresponsive person.
The death remains under investigation and no further details have been released.
