A Saskatchewan hockey coach accused of sexually assaulting an underage boy is facing more charges.

RCMP say additional charges were laid against 39-year-old Ryan Chamberlin of Cabri, Sask. over the weekend after more alleged victims were identified.

Those charges include two counts of sexual assault, and one count each of invitation to sexual touching, sexual interference, sexual exploitation and corrupting children.

Chamberlin appeared in Swift Current provincial court Monday and was released under conditions. His next court appearance is scheduled for April 13.

He was previously charged in February with sexual assault, invitation to sexual touching, sexual interference and sexual exploitation.

Mounties in Maple Creek laid those charges after a parent reported that their son had told them about inappropriate interactions he allegedly had with a man.

Chamberlin was a hockey coach and had worked in several communities in southern Saskatchewan, according to RCMP.
