What a great way to create breakfast on the run or a healthy snack!

Makes 1

Mix together in a 2-cup mason jar with lid (or any jar with a lid)

½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

½ cup milk or non-dairy beverage

1 tsp maple syrup

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Stir well.

Top with 1-2 tbsp EACH sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds and sliced almonds

¼ cup berries or chopped apple or banana

Top with ¼ cup plain yogurt.

Screw on the lid and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Eat right out of the jar!
