Officials say no one was hurt after a small cargo plane skidded off the runway and hit a snowbank at the Regina airport.

The light twin-engine aircraft was landing at the time of the incident, which happened just before 8 a.m. Friday.

The two people on board the plane walked away uninjured. The extent of the damage to the aircraft isn't known.

The Regina Airport Authority says weather and runway conditions could result in some flight delays.
