A man has now been charged in connection with Regina’s first homicide of the year.
The body of Daniel DiPaolo was found at his home on the 700 block of Garnet Street on April 29, 2017.
Police have now charged Edward Genaille with first-degree murder in DiPaolo’s death.
Investigators believe Genaille was not acting alone. Anyone with information is asked to call Regina Police major crimes unit at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
Genaille will make his first court appearance on Monday.
