Several people were taken into custody on Wednesday evening after police executed a high-risk search warrant in the Uplands neighbourhood as part of an ongoing investigation.
The SWAT team and several members of the crisis negotiator team took part in the execution of the warrant, which was carried out without incident.
Police say a number of criminal charges are pending, and more information will be released as the case progresses.
