Police used a Taser on Tuesday morning while arresting a suspect.
Police were called to the 1900 block of Fleet Street around 5:30 a.m. after reports of a man displaying irrational behavior and damaging property.
They found him at a business on the 2200 block of Victoria Avenue East.
While attempting to arrest the man, police say he became violent and assaulting one of the officers. Police say both officers used their Tasers on the man, and were then able to arrest him.
James Koroma, 36, has been charged with assaulting a peace officer and failure to comply.
