Richardson International of Winnipeg has finalized the purchase of the North East Terminal grain handling operation in Wadena, Saskatchewan.
Financial terms were not revealed.
The company says it has also bought crop input businesses in Wadena, Kelvington, Foam Lake and Ponass Lake, Saskatchewan.
Richardson plans to invest another $3 million to upgrade and enhance the operations to improve efficiency and serve customers better.
