Regina homicide suspect makes national most wanted list
A man wanted in connection to a fatal shooting in Regina earlier this year is now among Canada’s top 25 most wanted.
Reshaun Norman Cote is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant for a fatal shooting incident on May 12, 2024.
The homicide took place on the 4800 block of Sherwood Drive and claimed the life of 22-year-old Everett Wolfe Roberts-Orr.
Two other suspects, 24-year-old Isiah James Dustryhorn and a 17-year-old youth who cannot be named in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act have already been arrested in connection to the case.
"RPS Investigators have been working to locate and arrest Reshaun Cote," Regina Police Service (RPS) Deputy Chief Trent Stevely explained in a news release.
"With the national attention generated from the Bolo ‘Top 25’ list, more eyes than ever will be on the lookout (Bolo) for Mr. Cote which can help us bring this investigation to a successful conclusion."
Cote is currently ninth on the Bolo Program's national list.
The second suspect on the list from RPS, Cote joins Daniel Juma Atem, who is wanted for first-degree murder for a homicide committed on July 29, 2023.
Atem is currently 14th on the list.
RPS encourages anyone that may have information on the whereabouts of Cote or Atem to contact them or submit an anonymous tip via Crime Stoppers.
