A 45-year-old Regina man is dead after the pickup truck he was driving crashed on Highway 6 north of the city.
RCMP say the driver of a pickup truck towing a motor home and boat lost control of the vehicle Saturday evening about 10 kilometres south of Watson.
The truck went into the ditch, where it spun around and rolled onto the driver’s side.
Firefighters freed the driver of the truck from the wreckage and he was pronounced dead at the scene. His name hasn't been released.
A female passenger in the pickup was taken to hospital in Lanigan with undisclosed injuries, while a male passenger was examined at the scene and released.
While the cause of the crash remains under investigation, Mounties say it appears a tire blew out on the motor home before the driver lost control of the truck.
