Regina police have arrested the second of six people in Saskatchewan who are wanted for failing to register as sex offenders.
RCMP say 25-year-old Matthew Kenneth Chartrand from Regina was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon. He is set to appear in court this morning.
Another wanted sex offender, 30-year-old Leonard Jacob Bird from La Ronge, turned himself in to RCMP on Wednesday morning.
Arrest warrants are still outstanding for 24-year-old Glen Russell Campbell from Regina. Police say Campbell previously lived in Winnipeg.
Mounties are also looking for 38-year-old Clifton Anthony Minty from Swift Current. Minty is also known to frequent the Prince Albert and Moose Jaw areas.
Ralph Cedric Bird from Christopher Lake, Sask. is also wanted for failing to register as a sex offender. The 57-year-old is known to frequent Prince Albert.
Police are also trying to locate 28-year-old Christina Nicole Laliberte from Saskatoon. She is known to frequent Bruno, Sask. and works throughout Saskatchewan.
RCMP say all four are not considered dangerous to the public.
Anyone with information about their whereabouts is being asked to call their local police service or Crime Stoppers.
