There was a heavy police presence in Regina’s Lakeview neighbourhood Wednesday afternoon.
Officers surrounded a home in the 3000 block of Garnet Street following an investigation into an overnight assault.
Investigators believed a suspect may have been in the house.
Parents were asked to pick up their children from two nearby elementary schools.
The investigation continues.
