Regina police are warning the public about the release of a high-risk sex offender.

Police say Benjamin Martin Moore has a history of committing sexual crimes against young children.

He is being released from prison under strict conditions.

Moore is described as a 39-year-old Caucasian man, five-foot-nine and 225 pounds with green eyes and short, brown hair.
