It's getting colder in Regina, but some residents are feeling the chill more than others.
Residents at two apartment buildings in the Madison Park complex are without heat for a week.
The boiler hasn't worked since last weekend in buildings 77 and 79. Tenants also say the hot water isn't working properly, so after a cold night they can't even warm up with a hot shower.
Tenants have been given space heaters to help alleviate the problem.
This isn't the first time for tenants at the Madison Park complex. This past March, when temperatures were also frigid, residents were living with space heaters for a month when a boiler broke down.
