The Saskatchewan Roughriders have picked up four more players on the heels of signing two defensive backs.

On Friday, the team announced the signing of defensive back Derek Pegues, receiver Dominic Bolden and offensive linemen Devin Tyler and Josh Buttrill.

Pegues spent four seasons at Mississippi State, where he racked up 146 tackles and 12 interceptions for 241 yards and three touchdowns in 48 games. The 24-year-old also set a new SEC record after returning 112 kicks for just under 2,500 yards.

Bolden is coming off a brief stint with the B.C. Lions. Before that, he attended a mini-camp for the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 24-year-old had 56 receptions for 1,056 yards and nine touchdowns in 12 games at Liberty University in Virginia.

Tyler is a former Arizona Cardinal who was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Baltimore Ravens. He played four years at Temple University in Philadelphia. In his freshman year, Tyler made the switch from defensive end to offensive tackle. He was named the team's most valuable offensive player in 2009.

Buttrill spent the past four seasons with the Western Ontario Mustangs. Last season, he played in the East West Bowl and was named an OUA First Team All-Star.

On Thursday, the Riders signed defensive backs Jamar Love and Jeremiah Weatherspoon. The team also announced the release of kicker Warren Kean, offensive lineman Bart Archdekin and defensive back Courtney Robinson.
