A 30-year-old Saskatchewan man has been sentenced in a child pornography investigation in 2011.

Christopher Schut of Churchbridge was sentenced to one year in jail and three years of probation for possession and distribution of child porn in provincial court in Esterhazy, Sask.

Schut is one of seven men arrested in May 2011 by the Integrated Child Exploitation Unit following an investigation of file sharing.

Stephen Meers of Moose Jaw was given the same sentence in January, while Dean Shalanski was sentenced to 18 months and three years probation after he was found guilty of publishing child pornography.

Jack Pellizzari was also arrested, but died before he could go to trial in November 2011.

Police wouldn't say how he died.
