A suspect wanted in the death of a man on the Cote First Nation in southeastern Saskatchewan has been arrested.

Tre Raphiale Cote, 24, of the Cote First Nation is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Freedom Gladue.

Gladue was pronounced dead after he was found injured at a home on the Cote First Nation on March 20.

Police say the two men were known to each other.

Cote was arrested in Regina last Friday, according to an RCMP news release issued Monday. His next court appearance is scheduled for Wednesday morning in Yorkton.
