A 15-year-old boy has been charged after someone fired a BB gun at a Regina home on Thursday night.

Police were called to a home on Read Avenue around 9:00 p.m.

When they arrived they spoke to the 67-year-old resident of the home and found that a BB was shot at the window, breaking the outer pane of glass.

After an investigation, police identified a possible suspect and seized two air rifles, a pellet pistol and a bag of BBs.

The suspect, a 15-year-old boy was taken to the police station and charged with mischief and weapons related charged.

He will appear in youth court on Sept. 12.
