A 17-year-old boy has been charged with second-degree murder following a fatal house fire in northern Saskatchewan.
The Feb. 17 house fire on the Canoe Lake Cree Nation claimed the life of 73-year-old James Durocher.
The accused teen cannot be named under provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
He has been remanded into custody awaiting his first court appearance in Patuanak on Tuesday.
