Two 45-year-olds are facing drug charges after RCMP raided a home in Strasbourg, Sask. Friday evening.

Mounties alongside members of the Yorkton police executed a search warrant at 109 Downey Street around 5:30 p.m.

Four people were initially arrested but two were released with no charges, RCMP said.

The other two — Darren and Cinnamon Myers — were charged with producing and possessing marijuana and cannabis resin.

Darren Myers was also charged with unsafe storage of a firearm, unsafe storage of ammunition and unauthorized possession of a firearm.

The pair was released before a justice of the peace Saturday. Both are set to appear in a Southey, Sask. court March 11.

Strasbourg is located about 80 kilometres north of Regina.
