Here’s what you need to know about the City of Regina’s service and facility hours for Thanksgiving – Monday, October 10, 2016:
- City Hall, Civic Offices, the Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre and Regina Art Gallery will be closed
- Motorists are not required to plug parking stations
- The landfill will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and garbage and recycling will be picked up as usual
- Transit services will operate with their regular Sunday and holiday services
- Offices at Riverside Memorial Park and Regina Cemeteries will be closed, the gates will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Neighbourhood centres are closed but are available for bookings
- The North West and Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centres will be open 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- The Regina Sportplex will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
