A crooked contractor from White City who served jail time for his cons is now facing new charges in Alberta.
William Kurk was sentenced to four years in prison in 2007 for passing himself off as a contractor and leaving unfinished projects behind him.
Kurk's cover was blown when he dropped a house into a basement excavation in 2006.
National Parole Board documents indicate the 42-year-old is now facing as many as 14 charges for allegedly using a fake journeyman card to get work in Alberta.
The charges include uttering a forged document and false pretenses.
