A Yorkton man has been sentenced to two years less a day for abducting a 10-year-old girl from a fair.
Melvin Dale Koroluk had earlier pleaded guilty to kidnapping and assault charges.
Court heard that in July 2011, Koroluk lured the girl to his car by promising to give her money to play games at the Yorkton exhibition.
The girl managed to escape into a field when Koroluk stopped the vehicle north of the city.
