Redistribution

In the northwest, the old Yorkton Melville gets a north-south block with centres along Highways 5 and 41 over to the South Saskatchewan from Saskatoon-Humboldt. Yorkton-Melville has an arrow-shaped incursion on its lower west border from Regina—Qu'Appelle narrowing to a point west of Melville. It is shaped by two roads with small centres on them and gives Qu'Appelle more voters. In its northeast corner, Yorkton-Melville projects into Desnethé—Missinippi—Churchill River taking its southeast corner and an area along Highway 9 expected to develop.
