'Shows the generosity': CTV Morning Live Bundle of Joy campaign sees high donation volume
Over the past month, donations of diapers, baby wipes and formula have been gathered at Regina’s Northgate Mall for the CTV Morning Live Bundle of Joy campaign.
The ninth annual campaign came to a close on Wednesday, when all items were packed up and delivered to Carmichael Outreach.
Carmichael Outreach has over 100 families who are currently using the program with more registering daily.
“Times have been tough and to see the donations that came in and the support that Regina and the community and surrounding area has done for our families is overwhelming. It just shows the generosity of the people,” Chrysta Garner, development coordinator for Carmichael Outreach, said.
This year’s donation volume is one of the highest the campaign has seen in years.
