The company that operates Tumblers Restaurant in Regina has pleaded guilty to violating provincial labour standards legislation.
The Real Tomato Inc. has been fined $360 for failing to provide payroll records to a labour standards officer. Charges against the company's corporate director were stayed.
Over the past year, nine employers have been convicted of violating various provisions of Saskatchewan's Labour Standards Act. Five additional cases are currently before the courts.
