Fuddruckers is returning to Regina after an 18-year absence.
The Texas-based gourmet burger chain has given local businessman Randy Nicolle the go-ahead to open five Fuddruckers locations in Saskatchewan and Alberta.
Currently, the Saskatoon restaurant is the only Fuddruckers in Canada. The Regina location, which is planned to be built somewhere along Victoria Avenue, will be the second
Fuddruckers was a popular burger spot in the 1990s. The company decided to pull out of Regina in 1997.
The new Fuddruckers location in Regina is slated to open next spring.
