the CN rail line; east on the CN rail line to Lewvan Drive; south on Lewvan Drive to the
Canadian Pacific (CP) rail line; southwest on CP rail line to west City Limit near the
intersection of 13th Avenue & Courtney Street, then proceeding west along the City
Limits to include the west industrial lands (Global Transportation Hub area) then
north to point of commencement.
