A pilot was airlifted to hospital Tuesday night following an ultralight plane crash in east-central Saskatchewan.
The small aircraft crashed in a ditch along Highway 49, three kilometres east of Preeceville, just after 7 p.m.
RCMP say the lone pilot was ejected from the plane in the crash. He was transported to hospital in Regina by STARS air ambulance, but there is no word on his condition.
The federal Transportation Safety Board is investigating.
