Traffic was restricted on the Trans-Canada Highway after a service truck caught fire near the Pilot Butte turnoff.
Emergency crews responded to the fire shortly before 11 a.m. Wednesday.
Eastbound traffic on Highway 1 was down to one lane for just over an hour.
