Raising money to find an end to Alzheimer’s disease was the goal of participants of the Walk for Memories held across the province.
Regina participants gathered in the Field House to walk laps Sunday afternoon.
The event began with a dimming of the lights during the first lap to remember those who died with the disease.
More than 700 people took part in the walk across Saskatchewan. Together, they raised more than $200,000 for Alzheimer’s research.
