Police are continuing to investigate after the body of a man was found at the Regina landfill on Monday morning.
The deceased person is a 37-year-old man, police said in a news release Tuesday. The man’s family has been notified of his death, but his name has not been released.
“Police are still actively gathering information and evidence, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner, but there are no other details for public dissemination at this time,” police said.
Anyone with information that could help in the investigation is asked to contact Regina police or Crime Stoppers.
