Police have laid charges in a death Saturday evening on the Cote First Nation.
A 20-year-old man was found dead in a home on the Cote First Nation. He has been identified as Chad Cote.
Chester Whitehawk, 33, has now been charged with one count of second-degree murder in connection with the death. Police say the men were known to each other.
Whitehawk is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday morning. Police are not seeking anyone else is relation to this incident.
The Cote First Nation is located approximately 95 kilometres northeast of Yorkton.
