The executive director of the Conexus Arts Centre says additional security measures were implemented after a 17-year-old girl fell to her death at the facility.
Jim McCrum testified Tuesday at the second day of the inquest into the death of Jaidan Lynn Slaferek.
Slaferek died after she fell 12 metres from a catwalk at the centre in January 2012.
Regina police said she had been with two men when they got into an area that was not open to the public.
McCrum said locks were installed after the accident to restrict access to the area above the stage.
The inquest heard that no one else had been on the catwalk in several years.
