The Craven Country Jamboree has been renamed as Country Thunder, organizers announced Thursday.
“Craven was the start of our festival journey,” Country Thunder Music Festivals general manager Kim Blevins said in a news release.
“But now it’s time for the grand-daddy (sic) of our festivals to merge together… With this fusion, we will create something even bigger and better in Saskatchewan.”
Superstars Blake Shelton, Toby Keith and Keith Urban are among the performers in the lineup for next year’s country music festival, which will be held from July 13 to 16.
The festival will also feature performances by Old Dominion, Terri Clark and Dallas Smith.
