Crews are on scene at a fire at an apartment building in the Heritage neighbourhood.
The call came in around 8:20 a.m. from a building on the 1600 block of 13 Avenue.
Smoke could be seen from the building.
Traffic is blocked at Osler and 13 Avenue.
