A driver has been charged after a bicyclist was injured in a collision on Saturday morning.

Police were called to the 2900 block of Arens Road around 10:15 a.m. Officers found an injured 52-year-old man who has been riding a bicycle, police said in a news release. He was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The people inside the vehicle were not injured.

Police have charged the driver with failing to yield the right of way when making a left turn under the Traffic Safety Act.
