Fire broke out at a home on McTavish Street in Regina around 3:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
The structure is a total loss, and investigators say they will be there for most of the morning combing through the debris.
Four people reportedly lived in the home; however investigators believe no one was inside when the blaze broke out.
There is no word yet on the cause of the fire.
