A home in east Regina was extensively damaged by fire Wednesday night.
The blaze started in the fireplace and spread up the chimney to the roof of the house, located on Goldman Crescent.
The second-floor bedrooms were also scorched.
Several people were in the home at the time, but they all got out safely.
