I will bring to Council my 37 years of non-profit experience and education, locally, provincially, federally and internationally to rebuild community in Regina. I will bring a new and fresh, community voice to help this city eliminate homelessness and racism, both structurally and socially.
I pledge to meet regularly with the public and be accessible so that your hopes and desire for action can be realized. I will work with you to reduce our carbon footprint and reduce water and energy use.
Today we have neighbourhoods. Today, too many people are marginalized and not given the opportunity to participate fully in their city. Neighbourhoods are not given the support and resources to build community and act to solve problems. Public transit and paratransit must be the best choice to get around the city.
I am asking for your vote on October 26th.
