REGINA -- A man is dead after RCMP found a vehicle underwater in a creek near Grand Coulee on Sunday morning.
At 9:30 Sunday morning RCMP were called to the scene, roughly four kilometres west of Grand Coulee. A single occupant was deceased inside the vehicle, a 22 year-old man from Regina.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
