The Queen City is gearing up to ‘Shake The Lake’ this Labour Day weekend.

For two nights, ‘Shake The Lake’ will feature classic rock bands like Cheap Trick, Trooper, Chilliwack and Platinum Blonde.

Performances will kick off on Friday night in front of the Conexus Arts Centre.

“We have some great bands that people form the 70’s and 80’s and even 60’s will remember and live,” Neil Donnelly, concert organizer, said.

Tickets for the event are sold out, and over 3,000 people are expected to attend each day.
