Regina police have charged two people after they say a person was held at gun point and robbed early Saturday morning on the 1400 block of Cameron Street.

Around 1 a.m. officers were called to a residence for the report of an armed robbery.

“Initial information indicated the victim had been held at gunpoint, before the suspects demanded personal items. A short while later, at approximately 1:40 a.m., officers located the two male suspects and arrested them without incident,” a Regina police news release said.

A 35-year-old and 41-year-old were both arrested and charged with robbery and use of an imitation firearm.

The two accused made their first court appearances Monday morning, Regina police said.
