Across Canada, approximately 170,000 Canadians laced up their shoes to run or walk in support of a future without breast cancer.
Colourful, creative costumes were a part of the Regina CIBC Run for the Cure, which began Sunday morning at the Conexus Arts Center.
The annual run aims to build awareness of breast cancer, celebrate those who survive the disease, and honour those who were affected.
This year marked the 11th anniversary of the run in Regina.
