Two Regina schools secured on Wednesday morning after threat

Two Regina schools were briefly put in secure the building mode on Wednesday after police were notified about a bomb threat.

The threat came in around 9:50 a.m. to Jack MacKenzie Elementary School. St. Gabriel School was also placed in secure the building mode.

In a secure the building, outside dorrs to the school are locked and regular activities continue inside the school.

The secure the building was lifted just before 11:00 after policed did not find anything suspicious.
