A reported threat against a Wal-Mart store in Yorkton prompted the evacuation of the building on Friday.
RCMP say they received a report of a threat directed toward a major retail outlet in the city’s east end just after 1:30 p.m.
The store was evacuated and people were asked to stay away from the area.
Firefighters and EMS also responded to the scene.
Around 3 p.m., police said that they had completed their search of the building and found the threat to be unfounded.
